Who we are
PHOENIX connects a multidisciplinary group of 15 partners from across the EU. The project brings together academic partners encompassing political scientists, sociologists, legal scholars, ICT experts, psychologists, geographers and town planners.

The combination of the two areas is also a priority for OFICINA. OFICINA’s team has very significant experience in the design of methodologies and tools for citizen participation, owning a large network of institutional partners. OFICINA’s members have worked for 3 years as consultants for the design, development and evaluation of the national Youth Participatory Budgeting process in Portugal.
