Organised within the framework of The BRIGHT NIGHT: European Researchers’ Night, The Bright PHOENIX is an initiative promoted by our partner the University of Florence.

Join us in the exciting world of “Rise of PHOENIX”, an engaging card game that highlights the importance of preserving our natural resources!

The game offers players the opportunity to engage in an advanced deliberative process. Participants will be able to experiment with cutting-edge approaches and creative solutions aimed at tackling environmental challenges.

Furthermore, players will have the chance to assess their own environmental “Readiness to Change” and determine whether they are prepared to modify their habits and behaviors to contribute to the planet’s preservation.

The BRIGHT PHOENIX booth is located in the BRIGHT-NIGHT exhibition area at the University of Florence, open from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

About the European Researchers’ Night

The European Researchers’ Night is a Europe-wide public event, which displays the diversity of science and its impact on citizens’ daily lives in fun, inspiring ways.

This year, the event will take place in 26 countries on Friday 30 September 2022.

The European Researchers’ Night aims to

• bring research and researchers closer to the public
• promote excellent research projects across Europe and beyond
• increase the interest of young people in science and research careers
• showcase the impact of researchers’ work on people’s daily lives

The European Researchers’ Night attracts each year more than 1 million visitors in Europe and beyond.
